Claudia’s years of real estate experience in the public utility sector brings a unique perspective on property rights. She has negotiated countless numbers of easements, including conservation easements, leases, private real estate contracts and sales and acquisitions large and small. She is an expert in water rights. She brings this experience to the private sector and loves what she does.

Having grown up in Kemmerer Wyoming, Bear Lake was always a beloved excursion within an hour’s drive. Those early experiences of spending time at the lake turned into a lifetime love. She enjoys all the things that the area provides, water skiing, golfing, snow skiing, hiking, relaxing on the deck, all things outdoors!

With her background, she is more than qualified to help with your real estate transactions, be it farm and/or ranch land, raw land, homes or investment properties.

Claudia divides her time between Bear Lake area and Davis County with offices in both Garden City and Layton. She is licensed in both Utah and Idaho.
